The disinfection effect of disinfection wipes on health examination instruments, such as stethoscopes, B-ultrasound detectors and breast infrared diagnostic instrument probes. Methods According to the "Disinfection Technical Specifications" of the Ministry of Health, the instruments used in the above health examinations were sampled before disinfection, and then wiped with isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes, chlorine disinfectant, 500mg/dose. L and 75% ethanol. Immediately after wiping, 5, 10, 20, and 30 people were used for sampling, and bacteriological tests were performed to compare disinfection effects and perform statistical analysis.
The prevalence of pre-sterilized samples was 100.00%. After disinfection, the disinfection rate of isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes, 75% ethanol and 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant is >99.78%; the disinfection effect of 5, 10, 20, 30 people sampling and isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant is similar. The difference was not statistically significant. Compared with 75.00% ethanol, the disinfection effect of isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes is better than that of ethanol. This is statistically significant. Conclusion Isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes and 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant have a good disinfection effect on the tested medical devices; but compared with chlorine-containing disinfectants, isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes are easy to use. No damage, no adverse reactions to the human body.
